AGDAs inaugural Most Beautiful Books awards

A great bunch of people are involved with this initiative. Have a look and get your entries in. It seems to be a collaboration between the State Library of Victoria, Monash Art, Design and Architecture, AGDA and the Klim Type Foundry. And, by Jove, there are none of those nasty entry fees.

→ Entries include any books published in 2011 and 2012.

→ Entries close Friday 1 March, 2013.

Most Beautiful Books—
Australia & New Zealand
2013

We are pleased to call for entries to the inaugural Most Beautiful Books—Australia & New Zealand award program. MBBANZ operates on an open submission basis: books may be submitted by designers, publishers or printers, but also by readers, retailers and others. There are no entry fees.

Drawing influence from other programs of this type in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, this biennial award program has been established to recognise excellence and innovation in contemporary book design and production in Australia & New Zealand.

Download the entry form and guidelines here.
